Who is a candidate for Radiesse® Injections?
The average Radiesse candidate is between the ages of 35 and 60. They see fine lines and wrinkles or lost volume due to the natural aging process or fat loss in the face due to a medical condition. What Can I Expect After Radiesse® Treatment?

As Radiesse jumpstarts the body's natural collagen production, results will continue to improve as the product fades with time. You may return to your normal routine immediately after the treatment if you choose but should avoid direct sun exposure as well as a high-impact activity such as strenuous exercise for about 24 hours or until all swelling subsides.

What Happens During Radiesse® Treatment?
Radiesse injections may be done with a topical anesthetic, and the product is FDA approved for combination with lidocaine to ease discomfort during the treatment. After determining the correct injection site to achieve your ideal results, a qualified Eterna MD team member will perform the Radiesse injections. This procedure takes only about 15 minutes.
How Long Does Radiesse Treatment Last?
Unlike other dermal fillers, which may only last several months, Radiesse typically provides long-lasting results, often up to 12 to 18 months. This depends on many factors such as the individual’s metabolism, lifestyle, environmental factors, and treatment area. Because the formula promotes new collagen and elastin production, results continue to improve even after the initial gel is absorbed by the body. To maintain results, occasional touch-up treatments may be recommended.
